This is a 4 Week program to start off the New Year like a Savage!!!!
This Program incorporates three main elements:
- Bodybuilding
- Powerlifting
- High Intensity Interval Training
a combination that is sure to test you and help mold you to become a better over all performance Athlete. I made the program suitable for all individuals that have memberships at a regular commercial gym (LA Fitness, 24 hour Fitness)
