Your deposit of 50% of the total fee (which is required to reserve and guarantee your spot in any of our classes) is non-refundable, but can be applied to future class dates in the event of a cancellation. If you chose to pay the 50% at time of booking, you must bring the remaining 50% the day of class in cash or credit card.
We understand emergency situations may arise and you may have to cancel. Please provide at least 3 days notice if you are going to be unable to attend on the scheduled date of your course. If you have paid in full and cancel within 3 days prior, you can receive a 50% refund of your money, or we can put towards another course date. There exceptions to every rule if you have a death in the family, or have received serious bodily injury, we will deal with certain circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
